From connection to your first creative
Three steps. One familiar workspace.

Add the connector.
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors. Click +, then Add custom connector. Name it ClientGen, paste the URL above and select Continue. Follow the remaining setup prompts.

Connect and sign in.
Click Connect beside ClientGen. Sign in to your ClientGen account and review the permissions to complete the connection.

Start a conversation.
Open a new Claude chat. Use + → Connectors to enable ClientGen, then ask for your first campaign proof.

Does this connect my full ClientGen database?
These steps connect ClientGen Reach for campaign creation. They do not automatically connect or synchronize your ClientGen App database. Bring an approved audience you are authorized to use. A separate App companion is being tested; it is not activated by this setup guide.
Do I have to use Claude to use ClientGen?
No. You can use the ClientGen platform directly. Claude is an optional way to prepare Reach campaigns in a conversation. The standalone connector subscription does not include access to the ClientGen prospect database.
Will connecting send anything or buy a campaign?
No. Connecting authorizes access to the available tools. Review the recipients, creative and cost, and complete the required approvals before paid execution. Start with the review-only prompt above to prepare your first proof.
